Pair of silk embroidered needlework fans, probably French, circa 1840. Fine condition.

Wonderful small silk embroidery mourning picture of a young woman standing next to a large urn which is inscribed, “Wrought by Emily…aged 11 years under the tuition of Sally Stone of Enfield.” The Enfield referred to is probably Enfield, New Hampshire.
11 ½” x 15” including frame.

Wonderful large American hooked rug of a dog, circa 1900. This rug was not done from a pattern. Excellent example from the prime period of hooked rugs. Approximately 52" x 101".

Italian purse, 17th Century embroidered. L. 4 1/4" w/out tassels.

Very graphic Mennonite quilt of geometric design reminiscent of Joseph Albers painting; probably Western Pennsylvania. Circa 1870-80. 72" x 73".

Fine embroidered wool coverlet, New York, dated 1815. Exceptional central floral design and border. Unusually fine fringe. Exceptional condition. The Delano family is believed to be the same family as Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Approximately 86" square not including the fringe. Backed for protection.
